Mohd Shahril Kaider
Mohd Shahril Kaider has been with Perunding Atur Sdn. Bhd. (PASB) since 1996 before PASB was taken over by Atur Trafik Sdn. Bhd. (ATSB) in 2008 following the deceased of one of the Directors, the late Ir. Wan Shaari Wan Hassan. He graduated with a Diploma of Town and Regional Planning from Mara Institute of Technology, Shah Alam, Selangor in 1995 and Bachelor of Construction (Science) degree from Malaysia University of Technology, Skudai, Johor in 2011. He is currently registered to Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM).
He started his career as an Assistant Town Planner in a town planning consultant in Kuala Lumpur before leaving after just 2 months to join PASB in March 1996. He has been in the engineering profession for more than 20 years. Started as a Technical Assistant and involved with almost all the groundwork before later promoted to a Transport Planner. Through his career, he has involved in numerous Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) studies, Highway Planning studies, and Public Transportation studies. He was also involved with Urbanice team in planning the bicycle lane in conjunction of the World Urban Forum 9 held in Kuala Lumpur in February 2018.
Being a transport planner and an enthusiast in active travel mode, he looks forward to getting involve and contribute to having an effective and efficient integrated public transportation system and a well connected first-last mile to complete the travelling connectivity. These will not only reduce the congestion in cities, but also improved the people’s quality of life comprehensively.
